Hilda Ruth Flores Muñoz (Guatemala, 1976) is a PhD student in Education from the University of Deusto (Spain). Consultant in Educational Innovation and member of the ethics committee – CEUCA – of the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. She collaborates as a researcher in the Red de Lectoescritura Inicial de Centroamérica y el Caribe – RedLEI-. She is a professor of the master’s programs at the Faculties of Education and Engineering at the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. In her professional career she has taught at different universities in Guatemala. She has participated in research on active methodologies, curriculum design and learning evaluation, developing and integrating information and communication technologies. She has been director and founder of private companies in educational technology and software development with reach in Central America, Peru, United States and Germany.
