Diogo Queiroz de Andrade (Lisbon, 1972) is a journalist specialized in topics related to politics, technology and culture. He was assistant director of the Público (Portugal) and director of the Observer. He is currently a contributor to the Diário de Notícias and writes a column in the Eco. He is the author of the Manual de Jornalismo Digital and has directed several documentaries broadcasted by the Portuguese public television (RTP). He is also a frequent speaker in international conferences about media, technology and the future. PhD. in Digital Media at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, member of the ICNova Research Center and the Observatório da Inovação nos Média e Indústrias Criativas.
