Daniela Costa holds a PhD in Education and an MA in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She has worked as a teacher of Primary Education, as editorial coordinator, in the production of didactic materials and in the management of Distance Education programs. She is currently coordinating the research on ICT Education at the Centro Regional de Estudios para el Desarrollo de la Sociedad de la Información (Cetic.br), a department associated with the Núcleo de Información y Coordenación del Punto Br (NIC.br) in Brazil.
